    Get your final price

    We’ll send it usually within 30–60 minutes of receiving your photos or video, between 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week. It includes every fee except tax and only changes if the job is bigger than what you showed us, never without your agreement.

  4. 04Sit back

    We do the job

    You pay once you’ve accepted the price, by a method we agree with you. The crew does the work with care and leaves the space clean.

For a bigger job, a short video helps us see everything. The clearer they are, the more accurate your price. After you send the form, we give you a button that opens WhatsApp with your details filled in. We’ll send your final price, usually within 30–60 minutes of receiving your photos or video, between 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week.

What to show us

  • Show each room, or the items you want removed, from a few angles.
  • Open closets and show the garage, basement or storage if anything is in there.
  • Show any stairs, elevators or long walks to the truck, and mention parking.
  • Point out anything heavy or fragile, like a piano, a safe or glass furniture.
  • Please avoid capturing people or personal documents.

It’s a written price that includes every fee except tax, including any packing or extras the job needs. That price is final unless the job is bigger than what you showed or described. If it is, we agree any change with you before doing extra work. You pay after you accept the price, by a method we agree with you.
