For a bigger job, a short video helps us see everything. Please avoid capturing people or personal documents. We’ll send your final price, usually within 30–60 minutes of receiving your photos or video, between 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week. It’s a written price that includes every fee except tax, including any packing or extras the job needs. That price is final unless the job is bigger than what you showed or described. If it is, we agree any change with you before doing extra work. You pay after you accept the price, by a method we agree with you.

Yes. Please disconnect all appliances (gas, water and electrical) before our crew arrives. We recommend using a licensed gas fitter for gas appliances.

For most junk removal jobs you don't need to be present — just show us where the items are. For moving jobs we recommend being available at both pickup and drop-off locations.

We do not remove hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, or medical waste. If you're unsure about an item, contact us and we'll advise you.

Yes. Rescheduling is free, and cancelling at any time before the job starts is free with a full refund of anything you’ve paid.
